id numbers in the ANSI file. There is a new check box on the Insurance
demographic screen, Do not use federal id. Checking this box will

Electronic medical record. The program does not contain help or a
users manual. The help file and users manual may be completed in a

UB04's. CLAIMS will also print the claim forms. The
